« Everything was clean and in excellent condition. Paula was an excellent host, and left eggs, orange and apple juice, bread, muffins, soup, snacks, and items with which we could even make dinner, etc., etc. »

« Awesome property!! The home was very welcoming. It was clean, exactly what the pictures showed and very comfortable. We loved that it had 4 bathrooms attached to 4 of the bedrooms. The host had the home well stocked with basic items. We also loved that everything was labeled-light switches and everything in the kitchen. The host was very responsive to all of our questions. The home was close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing this home. »

« Truly, can’t recommend this property highly enough. We had an incredible time attending the 2026 Kentucky Derby. Located within easy driving distance from Louisville, Frankfort and the surrounding bourbon areas we found the location to be ideal. The home is clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed evenings in the game room downstairs. Lots of intense games of checkers and 31. If you are in the area, this is the place to stay. »
