« Nice property with plenty of room. The teens enjoyed the hot tub, pool, ping pong and board games. The road to get there was “fun” (single lane road up a mountain) but my rear wheel drive van did fine. Gorgeous view and the host was so great and quick with all communication. »

« Great location and very beautiful home. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. They did not provide soap, shampoo, etc. starter packs but we just bought some while we were out. There were a ton of Asian lady beetles in the house, drawers and bedding and they smelled but it could just be this time of year. The host responded very quickly when the dishwasher wasn’t working and was very friendly. We would stay again! »

"Cet hôtel m’a escroqué. Quand je suis arrivé, la directrice m’a dit qu’elle n’avait reçu aucune réservation Hotels.com à mon nom. Il était très tard, j’étais fatigué et j’ai payé une seconde fois le prix de la chambre pour pouvoir dormir. Quand j’ai réclamé le remboursement la chambre payée en pure perte, Hôtels.com a refusé de me rembourser en affirmant que j’avais demandé à la directrice une deuxième chambre sur place ! C’est un pur mensonge. Cette directrice d’hôtel est une escroc qui fait semblant de ne pas avoir reçu la réservation de Hotels.com pour faire payer une autre chambre au client. Il faut fuir cet hôtel qui escroque ses clients et se comporte comme un voyou."
