« Our overall impression of this place can be summed up in two words; absolutely amazing! These mountain retreats are a retreat in so many ways. The views are spectacular. I’m not a morning person, but I set the alarm for a little before sunrise and was not disappointed. We did beautiful time lapsed videos both days and it is almost surreal knowing you are just a few miles from Saluda, and yet you feel you’re being given your personal view to the calm and awe inspiring sunrise. And the dawn chorus...

« We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, had a beautiful view, and was so peaceful and quiet. It accommodated our family of five comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with the basics needed to prepare simple meals. The location was perfect - we enjoyed an afternoon of tubing and exploring the charming small-town shops nearby.The host was an excellent communicator and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We'd definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing...

« How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place....
