« Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. « The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ...

« Beautiful apartment, open, loft style. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean. Parking was behind the building or on the street in front, the unit is on the second floor and only accessible by a large set of stairs. « The first problem was the steep hill going into the Vrbo from parking. The second thing it reeked of marijuana bad the third thing was you could not control the air-conditioning in the unit. You had to text the manager to get them to adjust the temperature and the paddle fan did not have a chain to turn it on to be honest, we sprayed ozone Lysol for breeze and then perfume, trying to get rid of the marijuana smell. It was terrible. »
