« Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. « This apartment is a basement that is connected to the upstairs house that has a dog. If you are allergic to dogs, you should not stay here. Other than that, everything else was great. We did not understand that it was a basement apartment, you can hear the people upstairs just like in any normal basement.Sharon is a gem! She lives upstairs and was very responsive to us. « Great little place for a quick getaway. Wish we could have stayed longer! Very clean and the beds were super comfy. Well stocked with all the basics you need. Great communication with host throughout the process. The outside of the property could use a little work to match the beautiful updates on the inside, but overall very pleased! »

« The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. ...

« We very much enjoyed this stay. The house was perfect size for the two of us and very very clean. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening when we got back from the Biltmore. Wish we could enjoyed more time at this stay as this was a quick trip. We would definitely recommend and would book again if we were in the area. »
