« Great house, nice neighborhood, quiet, short drive to major attractions. HEB grocery store 1 mile away. Lots of amenities in the home. Very clean. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was proactive on communicating and we are so grateful for the early check in after taking a red eye. Love the checkout process - only turn off lights and lock doors. »

Also, the washer and dryer filters were not cleaned out. Had to buy an air and water filter for the frig as they needed to be replaced. « Host was super responsive! The pool was very dirty when we checked in, we reached out to the host and they sent someone to clean it so we could use it. The house is older but there is plenty of space for a big group. We had 4 families stay here for Spring Break. Location is super closes to grocery stores, the beach, and Kemah boardwalk. The kitchen had almost everything we need to cook meals and BBQ. »

« Positives: The house is nice, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet even over the weekend. Inside the kitchen was quite usable and stocked with essentials and then some. « Everything was wonderful. Pool was very clean & relaxing, location was perfect and we were able to kayak the canal &lake. The house was very clean, all the beds were very comfortable and plenty space. Hosts were very attentive and very good response time to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again. »
