« The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. « The interior of the house was fine. Some low ceilings in the stairwell and upstairs bedroom but nothing major. The front of the house faces an industrial area while the back/side face some other houses that aren’t necessarily as well kept. Again, nothing that would keep me from staying. « We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located -just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, a supermarket, and the marina. « The property was just as advertised. We only used the property to sleep and shower so all I can say is the beds were comfy and the showers were hot. An added bonus (for us, anyway) was that one evening while we were there, the neighbors a few houses down were on the porch.
