« We found out on our way in that Baymont just took over the property a week ago. I can say GARY at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and genuine, none of this fake corporate pleasantries but genuinely a nice guy. Took great care of us and took his time checking us in. Since it’s only been a week renovations we still ongoing but they are definitely cleaning up the place nicely! »

« We stayed here instead of driving home after a concert. This is a great place to stay, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Clean with a private entrance and it looks just like the pictures. The owner was very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again! »

« Noisy, wifi wasn’t working, families seem to be living there on the ground floor and they were loud till very late in the night. The room was overall filthy. Okay ifyou need to sleep and hitthe road early. Breakfast consisted of old coffee, stale cereal and you could make toasts with nothing on it. Never going back. »

« Five buddies got together for the weekend to go to the Indy 500. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. A little pricey, but that’s what we expected for the Indy 500 weekend. »

« The property is very well decorated. The location was perfect for our needs. The alley is gravel. Hard to see in the night so the outside lighting was great help. There is no air conditioning in the living space. The two rooms have air conditioning units in the windows. Dishes were available but dirty, used and we were asked to wash them before we left. The smell of the house was so pungent I could not use the place outside the bedroom. »

« Furnished with antique furnishings. Kitchen is beautifully redone with excellent appliances. I enjoyed my stay and found Mike and Molly very helpful. I would highly recommend a stay in this lovely home. Thank you Mike and Molly. »

« House was perfect for us, exceptionally clean and neat with everything we needed. We will rent again ! »

« We were so impressed with the house and it's layout. Beautifully kept and decorated. It had everything it advertised and we would love to come back again.The only comment we would add is that there needs to be deck furniture so we can be out viewing the lake. There were only 2 chairs and no table. »
