« Overall, the stay was just okay. The apartment was convenient to ETSU and mostly clean. For an apartment, it was fine.The big issue was the noise. Every night between about 2:30 and 4 a.m., the person staying above us would start walking, stomping, or dancing around. It woke us up every single night. Combine that with the very uncomfortable beds, and sleep was tough.On top of that, there were quite a few bugs. Nothing major, but still noticeable.If not for the noise above us and the bugs, this...
