« Heat wasn’t working, took 2nd day to get it looked at and fixed. I had to repeatedly initiate the communication about this issue. When I was finally contacted, I was told only HVAC repair person could fix it. The next day after I called and texted, a maintenance man(not hvac) showed up and did find the problem. It is stressful to even think about sleeping in any bed but mine at home. « Everything you need and so much better than a hotel room. The studio is so charming and well appointed. It’s a large comfortable space so you definitely don’t feel cramped. Communication with the property owners was top tier. They knew we’d be arriving late and made sure to leave lights on for us. It was easy to find and in a nice safe area. « If I had to think of a negative. The bathroom door flies open when someone walks up the stairs of walks next to it...maybe not square of just doesn't latch even when locked. Also, it would be nice to have the light in the bathroom and the fan on different switches because the fan is really loud and it made you not want to use the light at night to not disturb others. Also, the gravel road down was hard to travel...cars spun leaving trying to climb. No gas for the grill. WIFI was spotty sometimes...

« Overall, the stay was just okay. The apartment was convenient to ETSU and mostly clean. For an apartment, it was fine.The big issue was the noise. Every night between about 2:30 and 4 a.m., the person staying above us would start walking, stomping, or dancing around. It woke us up every single night.
