« The property itself had some positives, including the location, overall layout, price point, and simple check-in process. However, the biggest issue for us was the cleanliness. While the property appeared okay at first glance, there were multiple areas that did not seem to have been thoroughly cleaned between guests. We noticed visible dirt and buildup on baseboards, window sills, cabinets, AC vents, and inside parts of the refrigerator. There were also leftover food items from previous guests...

« Smelled so so good when we walked in, the house was fully stocked with everything you could need! All you need to bring is yourself, clothes, and food and you’re all set for the getaway! The house is within 10 minutes of a lake and you just need to pay $7 a person to enter, or if you drive about 6 minutes further there is a smaller lake area where you just go inside and pay $10 at the bar for them to open the gate for you to drive your car through. »

« Beautifully appointed and comfortable home with gorgeous view of Lake Texoma. The house provided everything and then some for our family reunion. Highlights included evenings around the fire pit (plenty of seating for 15), huge yard between the house and lake for games and scenic photos, and large kitchen and dining area suitable for extended family. We brought paddle boards and could access the lake directly off the yard which was a plus. Had a small snafu where we could not access the house...
