« Great for family »

« It was a beautiful property and very well maintained We didn’t like the check in process at all, we were pressured to come to a meeting about the property. The man was too pushy. After driving 7 hours we just wanted to check in to our room.We will never go back to Wyndham. »

« Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...

« Our stay at the condo worked great. Perfect for our family and the price was very reasonable. We may stay there again when we go to Dollywood again! »

« Crowded »

« Spacious condo and convenient location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Only minor downside was that the kitchen counters needed scrubbiing (appliances were clean) and place could use a good dusting but otherwise was clean. »
