« Parking was a breeze, check-in a little long because of the timeshare thing. They try to push you into the timeshare meetings but we made it clear we had no interest and it was fine they let us go. Room was very nice with one the most confortable bed and pillow ever. Walking distance to everything was a plus. Pool/spa area was okay not too crowded at the end of a long day of hiking. It is missing a EV car charger for hotel guests. We had a nice winter weekend thank you! »

« The condo was exactly as the pictures look. The place was very clean,close to shops and restaurants and was perfect for our needs. Rick was very communicative, although we had no issues,he was checking in to make sure all was good. Will go again and would recommend this rental. »

« We had a great stay with the pond out front and mountain view’s! Great leap off point for hiking for our family. Nice pool and tennis courts and they have gear to loan for pickle ball and tennis and more. Very quiet location with respectful neighbors so lovely to sit back at the end of the day on the deck and enjoy stars in the sky and ducks in the pond. Super dog friendly place as well. Very nice space inside with big couches and a large dinner table for meals and games…a great family place for...

« Property was amazing no complaints. Only thing was a lot of fruit flies in the kitchen other than that amazing. »

« Clean and fun activities to do in game room. Room was clean with large jacuzzi. »

« Beautiful resort and a great unit. Enjoyed many of the amenities at the resort and the unit had everything we needed. »

« This is a nice guesthouse on a pretty property. The host is very nice. We were visiting to hike in the White Mountains and it worked really well as a base for that. »

« Incredibly clean, new, and well designed and appointed. Crisp comfortable sheets and bedding, thoughtful hosts. A great location to walk to Main Street in Littleton. »

« Overall a good stay. Location of the building is excellent. Location of the unit within the building is good (first floor, end unit). However, because it is an end unit, the exit door of the building would slam and shake the master bedroom wall every time someone entered/exited the building. Would be nice if building manager would "soften" the closing of the door. Unit could use a little maintenance/updating. Ceilings in both showers are crumbling, shower head in main bathroom sprays...

« Nice clean place! Great location! Owner was great to talk with and easy to get in touch with quickly for any questions or issues! The kids loved the pools, both inside and outside, and the arcade! Will keep this as one of our favorites to use when traveling to Lincoln again! »
