« Parking was a breeze, check-in a little long because of the timeshare thing. They try to push you into the timeshare meetings but we made it clear we had no interest and it was fine they let us go. Room was very nice with one the most confortable bed and pillow ever. Walking distance to everything was a plus. Pool/spa area was okay not too crowded at the end of a long day of hiking. It is missing a EV car charger for hotel guests. We had a nice winter weekend thank you! »

« This location was perfect for a quick winter getaway. Located less than a half mile from all the great spots in Portsmouth and with off street parking was so great. « Place is cute. Things they could be better: there were crumbs under the couch cushions and under the bed in the master was dirty. Also. No hand soap in the bathrooms and no trash bags for the kitchen. Over all good though and would stay again. »

« The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again! »

« Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away...

« We stayed for one night. We were 5 and we fit perfectly for one night. The place has a nice outdoor seating area and we enjoyed it. We were 10 minutes or 15 minutes away from Portsmouth , so it was a perfect spot to stay , on the beach and close to a main city. Safe parking spot and easy walk to the beach. »
