Stylishly renovated Hotel room at the Lodge at Lincoln Station resort. Sleeps 2. Featuring King bed, Microwave and coffee maker. Seated at the base of Loon Mountain’s South Peak, in New Hampshire`s gorgeous White Mountains. Enjoy nature, hiking and lovely mountain scenery! Great area dining, and outdoor activities. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi are open and located in our facility. Great restaurants within walking distance. Free shuttle bus service to Loon Lift gate. Pemigewasset River in back.

Clean and quaint Hotel style room with Mini Fridge, Coffee maker, and Microwave. Guests will have a private room and will have access to all the amenities in and around the complex including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, great room, rear deck looking in to the Pemigewasset river and Loon mountain South Peak.

Lots of wonderful things to do and see. Great Restaurants within walking distance. The area has the most waterfalls and hiking trails in all of New Hampshire. Popular sights are: The Lost River, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, Franconia Falls, Clarke’s Trading Post (Bear Show), Kangamagus Highway (Top 10 most scenic highways in US), Whales Tail water park, Ice Castles in the Winter`

There are some great restaurants and sites within walking distance. Other historic sites and trails will require a bike or an automobile. The resort offers plenty of free parking.
HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on dresser when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

The communication and instructions were clear, detailed and timely throughout our stay. The location of the property is close to all the activities in the area.We found the condo to be clean and it was nice to have water bottles when we arrived as the weather was extremely warm and humid. We appreciated that as well as the coffee options and the granola bars. There was a very detailed booklet inside describing the facility, the wifi, and the TV operations along with recommended things to do and restaurants to visit. We talked with the property handyman outside who was fixing a door light and we mentioned that there were no lights on the outside entrance when we arrived in the evening. He appreciated the information and that evening when we returned the lights were working!!We would recommend this property.

A Wonderful Weekend Getaway!!!

First of all our host was A+++ I am a VRBO newbie and Rick answered all my questions and gave clear instructions. The Lodge was easy to find and in the heart of Main Street so you can walk everywhere if you choose. The room met our needs perfectly and was very clean. The pool and hot tub were very well cared for and the game room was fun. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a standard, clean room with a comfortable king sized bed, a table for two, dresser, tv, fridge and microwave. It was everything we needed for our week stay in Lincoln. There was a pool and hot tub in the basement along with a nice arcade room and laundry facilities. The property was very picturesque and quiet with a great view of the river behind it. Rick was very easy to work with and provided great information. Would stay here again.

Nice View, Close to Everything

Neat and clean room with basic necessities. Minimalist decor, designed to encourage you to explore all the nearby activities in the White Mountains. Why stay inside when there is so much to do? Rick was great at staying in touch and provided all the information needed ahead of time to ensure a flawless check in and comfortable stay. The only downside would be the walls are paper thin so you can hear every footstep, toilet flush and conversation 24 hours a day. Despite that there is a nice view of the river and mountains from the window and if you get a chance make sure you take the Pemi Valley Moose Tour. It was terrific!

Great weekend getaway spot

Perfect spot for a romantic getaway. Room is comfortable, window opens to a nice view of the river. Plenty of dining opportunities within walking distance. Host was on top of the check in/out process and we had no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for Two

The condo was very clean and quiet. The view was overlooking the river, which was nice. We love the area! We did not use the amenities, such as the pool or fitness center, on this visit. The owner was great at communication leading up to the visit.

The property was great for my son and me on our annual father/son ski trip. The property was very close to South Peak at Loon Mountain and easy to get to so we could be first on the lifts in the morning. The room was small but just fine for two people. It is compact but has everything needed for two people. It wasn't fancy but it was very clean, organized and efficient. We were very happy with the room and very happy with the communication with the owner - who couldnt' have been more helpful. We had a very good experience.

GREAT ROOM AND CONVENIENT

This is a cost effective option if you are doing a ski trip. Easy access to parking and a shuttle to the mountain. plenty of places in walking distance for apres and dinner.
