« The property is beautiful and private. The house is a rambling comfortable space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The only issues would be lack of closet space in the bedrooms. All the closets had locks on them except for one and that was full. And the house was clean but only surface clean. « Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! »

« Cabin 3 is very spacious! There is a nice deck that has a grill. The outdoor fire pit is close by and the owners make fire wood available. « The rustic cabin is sooooo cute. It was giving me Virgin River vibes. But I think the mattresses need an update I did not have the best night sleep. And I never received the email with the code to get in so I had to call but they were very helpful over the phone with the code and WiFi password. »
