« Immaculate space. Just needed a place to sleep so this was more than enough. Tricky to find the alley on Google Maps (use Apple) and private parking spot best for a compact car. Greg was helpful via app and the place was very clean. Shower is very low (I had seen this in a past comment but didn't expect that, so be aware) and bring eye mask as there are only thin curtains. »

« Loved the woodland cottage, it was one of my favorite VRBO’s so far! It was decorated beautifully with so many wonderful little touches throughout and came stocked with everything we could possibly need, including snacks, games, even a stocked medicine cabinet. We even borrowed some stadium cushions for the shows at Red Rocks that we were there for. The location was so convenient and the surroundings were gorgeous! We loved sitting on the deck watching the deer (and I think I saw two foxes!)...

« Very clean and cozy! The bed in the bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud! No corners cut in the cute property! We didn’t get to use the hottub because it rained almost the whole time. We will be back if we are back in the area! »

« Everything was amazing! The communication was so quick and helpful! Our guests for our wedding felt so comfortable and it was a great space to go back to. It was awesome to have a little kitchen and space so they didn’t have to eat out all the time. We can’t recommend this place enough. The space is so cute! »

« Lovely cabin! Perfect for me, my husband and teen daughter to have a relaxing family getaway. Close enough to enjoy Golden, Boulder, and Denver while having a quiet place to turn to in the evenings. Stunning views and nature trails! »

« The place was great. A quick drive into Boulder. We would definitely stay again. The backyard was great place to have our morning coffee. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror. »

« We needed a last minute place and were incredibly lucky to find this place. So quiet and cozy. And so close to everything we need it. The host was so friendly and accommodating. Hope it's available the next time we're in town. »

« Me and my family loved our stay at this property. Check in was smooth and easy. The house was very clean and had activities for our family to play. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. There were stores close by went plenty of eating options as well. »

« What a great house and location! The beds were comfortable and the views each morning were inspiring. Walked downtown each morning for coffee and really enjoyed the convenience for everything we enjoyed. Julia was responsive and very helpful. The house is very historic and well decorated!! One of the best VRBO's we've stayed in. Nice and quiet neighborhood and a pleasure to walk around. Will definitely stay here again!! »

« The good: quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Good appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes. Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and pillows. Comfortable furniture, very roomy. Good Wi-fi. Very simple to get to Ball Arena. The not so good: Parking is not good! Our party had 2 vehicles. There is a very small concrete pad to park on but the garbarge/recycle totes are in front of it so it's not easily accessible and it's not really even big enough for 1 vehicle let alone 2. Instructions say...

"Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous avions une superbe grande chambre au 5ème étage avec lit king size, canapé, bureau, beaucoup de rangements, belle salle de bains complète, cafetière, frigo. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement très calme. Nous avons eu un petit souci avec le nettoyage de la chambre, elle n'a pas été nettoyé pendant 3 jours, mais nous avons compris que c'était un malentendu avec le personnel. Il y a également eu une panne d'internet mais réparée. Malgré ces quelques inconvénients, nous retournerions volontiers dans cet hôtel. La réceptionniste (jeune femme blonde) est serviable, souriante. Bravo..... NOUS recommandons cet endroit pour visiter Denver."

"Arrivée avec 1 personne devant nous. Enregistrement tres tres long....A notre tour enfin... tout aussi long. Arrivée dans la chambre des pots de peinture. Retour a l accueil pour changer. Finalement chambre plus petite. Porte serviette arraché sur 1 côté Rideau de douche moyen Petit dejeuner : café, cerales muffins. Pas plus. Prix trop élevé pour la qualité globale du service"
