« Perfect place for our family when we came up to visit our son for Family Weekend at CU Boulder. The rental unit is well appointed and so beautiful. Beds were super comfortable and I was happy to be able to cook meals for my family and hang out all together. You are outside of town but it is a quick drive in to downtown Boulder. We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. »

« I was just hired by the city of boulder from out of state and needed a place to stay to start my new job and figure out what my next steps were, Walter and Jessica,(the hosts) were amazing, they made me feel at home in a new town, the space was clean and ready for me to move into and had all the basic things except for food. They were gracious hosts and I would not hesitate to recommend them, I would have stayed longer but they had already booked the space. The location is great near the city...

« This small but stylish basement apartment is in a very nice neighborhood and a very short drive to most local attractions. The property listing (and prior review) did indicate that there was no stove which was acceptable to me since it was a short stay. However, the listing said that there was a microwave which was not accurate. Thus, there is no way to cook within the apartment.. A representative from the host offered to bring us a microwave but would have to remove it after we left for code...
