« Immaculate space. Just needed a place to sleep so this was more than enough. Tricky to find the alley on Google Maps (use Apple) and private parking spot best for a compact car. Greg was helpful via app and the place was very clean. Shower is very low (I had seen this in a past comment but didn't expect that, so be aware) and bring eye mask as there are only thin curtains. »

« So quaint and our lodge was the perfect location on the stream. The bakery next door was a plus. Wish I’d known there was no oven in advance need better info on what is included- I brought stuff they provided which was nice! »

« Comfortable, Clean & Quiet. This was a one night stay for my husband and I as we travel north. It worked perfectly for us for a quick stay. Parking was nice to have the entire drive. Conveniently located right outside of town so catching a bite to eat anywhere was just a few minutes away. »

« My friend and I came for a girls trip Labor Day weekend 2025 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Cozy Cottage". « Loved the woodland cottage, it was one of my favorite VRBO’s so far! It was decorated beautifully with so many wonderful little touches throughout and came stocked with everything we could possibly need, including snacks, games, even a stocked medicine cabinet. We even borrowed some stadium cushions for the shows at Red Rocks that we were there for. The location was so convenient and the surroundings were gorgeous! We loved sitting on the deck watching the deer (and I think I saw two foxes!)...

« We enjoyed our stay. The place is small, but worked for my husband and me. All the amenities you need. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There was a problem with the AC unit when we arrived, but the host came over right away and fixed the problem. »
