« The house is a charming farmhouse with that neat blend of old-style charm and modern convenience. It feels like out in the countryside, but only a short drive to anything. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen well supplied, and there's a few games and toys for kiddos (plus tv and wifi), with lots of yard to explore. The owner, who lives in a separate home on property is friendly and helpful! Loved our stay! »

Gave us some good suggestions on restaurants & provided a great 'Welcoming Basket'. House was convenient to all the distilleries & Keeneland which is what we were there for. « Roomy clean house. Large comfy family room. Comfy beds. We were impressed that 6 of us could take a shower and 6th person still had hot water. Sandy easy to reach. It's out in the country. Enjoyed a newborn donkey. Large dining table for our card games. Would recommend. »

« Scott the owner was a great communicator about everything and quick to respond to questions. The house was perfectly located for family nearby. It had a beautiful backyard view of the farm. For late October this was an excellent time and location to enjoy fall. »
