« The house itself is lovely and would be an easy 5 stars except that it took us an hour and a half to get inside. The door code did not work. When we messaged the host, he gave us a second door code that also did not work and then stopped responding entirely. The checkin information is outdated and the host's listed phone number is no longer in service so we couldn't call him. After another hour of online sleuthing, we managed to contact the Innsbrook security team directly and get a working...

« Stay was good, but property could sure use a deep cleaning. Carpets were especially dirty. We weren’t sure where to park our sprinter rv. Property manager never responded to our question. Nice location, but condo condition detracted from our stay. »

« The carpets were badly stained and dirty. My wife had to clean all the counter tops and surfaces. It looked like no one had stayed there in quite some time. Very dusty. Had to kill two wasps, and I am allergic to any kind of insect sting. Great view outdoor. »
