« We arrived at 3:20 p.m. with check-in at 4 p.m. Our room was not ready, but they moved us to another room, The attitude of the staff was poor. We also needed ice and asked if they had ice for our cups. We were told yes, in the kitchen but did not offer to get us any. After waiting several minutes with no offer to get us ice, we left. No they were not busy at the time. »

« Very friendly staff from those from the check-in/out station to breakfast workers to maintenance and service people. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was full and really good. Stayed during Labor day weekend and while there were many other guest service was great and I recommend staying here. »

« The hotel is in a great location with access to lots of main highways and streets. There are many shops and restaurants in a very short distance. The hotel was clean and well maintained. However, we went down to the front desk on three different locations and there was no one there. I waited and waited, then went around the corner and knocked on the office door.
