Ok so I checked in to wyndham st louis/Fenton on Friday 1/23/26. I booked a 2 day stay and then 1 day stay due to weather and having to work. Since day 1 I haven't had a working toilet. Not one time did an employee offer me a room with a functioning toilet! Not one time. Fast forward it is not Sunday 1/25/26. They plowed the parking lot at 1130 pm on 1/24/26. I left for work at 545 am on 1/25/26 and got stuck. Got stuck because no one plowed the parking lot this morning. Knowing that some of their guest was leaving this morning. They provided no way of getting out their parking lot. We finally get out due to ur gracious patrons...because it became quite apparent that this hotel did not care at all! Finally get out and went to work. Come back to the hotel...again and there is no way to get in the parking lot much less a way to park. My boyfriend who was staying with me...had to shovel his way in the snow just to get into ur parking lot...then had to shovel all the way into a parking spot that again had to be cleared as your employees watched and offered no aide. He hunted his self doing this! I want a full refund of the 3 days! It is ridiculous that my toilet isn't working! U should be able to shower, lay in bed, and shower with no problem in ANY hotel u go to! Now if I would have wrapped and peed in a trash can and set it outside my door...I would've been wrong. But its ok to keep pooping and peeing in a toilet that dont even work.
