« The owner was very kind and went above and beyond. Super helpful on suggestions for places around town. The view was spectacular. The condo had lots of extras that we normally have to bring like beach towels, tp, paper towels, seasonings, detergent, beach chairs, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable. Very easy walk to the beach. We plan to go back every year for our girls trip. Thank you for a wonderful place. »

« View and balcony were 10. Furniture needs updated as it’s early 70’s but clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked but no coffee for kureg etc. or soap or shampoos but we brought hotel sized ones as host let us know prior. Towels enough and bed comfy. One beach chair and access to beach is easy and steps away. Hot tub wasn’t clean and pool was COLD but other outdoor spaces were well kept and had chairs. Puzzles and games in unit and host very responsive. We’d stay again!! Loved the balcony...

Dog friendly mais pas vraiment de facilité pour les chiens sur le site du condo, on doit se rendre au parc pour un peu de gazon et on doit laisser chien dans l’appart lorsqu’on profite de la piscine car chien n’est pas admis dans la zone piscine. Ceci pourrait être amélioré »

« The layout worked, but was not ideal for all adult occupants. The unit was clean and had a very nice view of the beach. The balcony space was small, with just enough space for two to sit and enjoy the view. The pool water was very cold due to limited sun exposure. It would be nice if the condo association upgraded to pool heaters. Beach access was great, and the beach was perfect. Hoast was spot on, ready to handle any issue. »

« Everything was excellent about this property! From location, to layout, to check-in and check-out!! I cannot suggest a better place if you are going to Jax Beach. Everything you could need is within walking distance, and the part of the beach you will be at is excellent and not very crowded. Again, this is the best place. »

« This was a great place for a couple’s beach weekend trip. We picked this rental for its view of the beach and direct access, and both were awesome. It’s an end unit on the building which made the shared deck space feel more private. The pool and reserved parking space were nice too. Check in and check out were super easy, and the hosts responded quickly when I messaged them a question. »
