« We were unable to use the pool on the second day because the lock pad battery was dead. Several other guests we spoke to had the same issue. I contacted the host and it took him more than eight hours to reply that they checked and it was working. After eight hours it was too late to use the pool but we checked and the key pad was still not working, someone has propped the door open with a rock and put a bottle cap on the hinge to keep the gate open. « Great location, so much around as far restaurants, parking at the location was good unless you have a big truck then it’s tricky, the place needs a bit of maintenance and upgrades like new beds, sheets and new couch! Other then that it’s was ok »

« Everything was excellent about this property! From location, to layout, to check-in and check-out!! I cannot suggest a better place if you are going to Jax Beach. Everything you could need is within walking distance, and the part of the beach you will be at is excellent and not very crowded. Again, this is the best place. »

« This property had everything we needed. It is not a luxury resort. Some things need a little work, but it is peaceful, simple, right on the beach, and a good location. Communication with the host was easy, fast, and friendly. We came to Jacksonville because I had to go to the Mayo Clinic. It is an easy 9-10 min drive from the property to the Mayo. Thank you to the host for helping make our visit a seamless and nice stay. »

« We were very pleased with the property as it was definitely an upgrade from where we have been staying the last four decades on Jacksonville Beach. My children all commented on the beautiful decor of the condo and we felt very secure at the property. The large balcony and table were perfect for our family of eight. I will say, the kitchen could use more essentials like better/more pots and pans, large glass and plastic bowls, cereal/soup bowls, silverware, etc., (dishes other than a standard 4 place setting); the bathrooms could use an update, and I wish they had bar or counter height chairs on the balcony instead of lower chairs (a common oversight with beach rentals), but overall I still love...
