« Beautiful property, clean, nicely decorated, accurate photos and description, steps from the beach, well maintained pool-just outside of door. Comfy couch and bed, well supplied kitchen, beach towels, chairs and umbrella included. Overall was a great stay! »

« Location excellent, parking very good. Communication with host, very nice. The apartment deserves a bit more love and care considering its excellent location. It’s clean and comfortable just enough but it seems a bit neglected. »

Dog friendly mais pas vraiment de facilité pour les chiens sur le site du condo, on doit se rendre au parc pour un peu de gazon et on doit laisser chien dans l’appart lorsqu’on profite de la piscine car chien n’est pas admis dans la zone piscine. « This condo has all of the amenities needed for a restful stay. Location was perfect for those sunrise shots and evening views of the beach. Overall, I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5. I had to give this stay 4 stars on "Cleanliness" because of two specific items. 1) There were active roaches seen in the kitchen -- so all utensils, pots & pan, cups, plates & bowls had to be pre-washed before using, 2) A few coffee cups in the cabinet were not clean. Coffee stains on the outside & inside of the cups,...

« Sanddunes blocked the ocean itself. A very relaxing place to stay. The sound of the ocean is relaxing. The sunrise from a short walk to the beach was awesome. Twisted we had sun every day but 2. The rain and wind were still nice and made me enjoy my stay much longer.Thecondo had everything we needed. Had groceries delivered without an incident. I will refer to others and the pool was right out the back door. »

« This was honestly one of the most amazing rentals i've ever scheduled! Pics are true to reality, the view was amazing, and bonus: so many places close by. This was a beautiful stay, and I'd rent it again in a heartbeat!!! »

« This condo is as listed. We found it to be clean, supplied, comfortable and easily accessible.It is directly on the beach; got to see Dolphins one morning and surfers on another day. We walked to one Jacksonville's fishing piers. Hope this one's available when we come back. »
