« We booked two rooms. In one room the overhead light didn't work, and there was a large cobweb in the corner of the bathroom near the tub which held a variety of hairs from previous guests, along with a hefty amount of mildew/mold. Although the beds were made, one of the pillows had a suspicious head dent in it- staff on a break?? Our other room's bathroom faucet handle fell off as soon as I turned on the water. « The ac was great I like my room cold, cold and I was very comfortable. The pool was amazing, after the hot day, I took a dip water was clean and clear. The shower was great it was nice to have hot hot water. Coffee pot worked,refrigerator kept my drink cold. Bed a was so comfortable I slept good which I dint normally sleep well when im not home. Staff was amazing he made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely will come stay again!! »

« Restaurants were closed couldn't find a place to eat a sit down dinner. Ate at subway. Hotel felt unsafe. Lock on door only had half of the security lock. People walking up and down street. just didn't feel safe. didn't stay left and found another hotel in Moss Lake. »
