« Absolutely loved this location. It was a quick walk in either direction, Mass St or KU Campus. We came for Crimson and Blue day at KU and this was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. The rooms were super cute and the whole apartment was colorful and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze and entry into the bldg & apartment was simple. Communication was prompt and thorough. We would happily stay here again for our next visit to Lawrence. »

« The place was clean and walking distance to most things. It's right on a busy street with bars and the noise level is high until early in the AM. Probably not a good fit for a family with young kids »

« Easy walk to Allen Fieldhouse. Within walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. »

« Close to Lawrence restaurants and shops. Clean, modern, comfortable space that is great for two couples and kids. Check in and out was super easy. Parking was easy on a not homegame weekend. »

« Would not recommend this place - it’s next to an ASIAN SPA - and not to mention in a good area. When we arrived there was a man that was yelling and screaming in front of the room. We could not comfortable get out and check in. not family oriented- I contacted the point of contact and they stated that the outdoor conditions was not there problem. Don’t stay there »

« The industrial escape was a great location within walking distance to Mass St. The place was cleans and felt very spacious with the vaulted ceilings. Comfortable stay »

« We stayed here while in Lawrence for a basketball game & had our small dog with us. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus so he could potty without being on a leash. The close proximity location to Allen Fieldhouse was great. We did choose to drive because of weather conditions. The property is perfect for 1-2 people as it is small. But it provided us with the needs we had. We appreciated the private parking spot too. I’d stay here again. »
