« I am guessing that this property was built about a hundred years ago. That would be okay because I like vintage. However, over the decades, apparently a lot of amateur DIY was done. The owner has some supplies stashed around the place so perhaps the poorly cut and pieced moulding, bad flooring, cracking walls, scraping doors, awful paintwork and so on willl be eventually be corrected. All of that would not rate the lowest rating I could possibly give. What does justify the lowest rating was the...
