The house was very clean, the hosts were very responsive to questions, and overall it was the perfect location for us in a very safe neighborhood, just a few minutes drive to campus. « This place was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and 3 children.Plenty of room to spread out. We could be upstairs and cook, eat and hang out or be chilling in the basement playing pool or watching a movie.Home and kitchen was well stocked and even included complimentary coffee! The two sets of washers and dryers for laundry in the basement is a great idea for larger groups!The owner was easy to contact and was very helpful. Apparently the previous guest may have lost or misplaced the key...

You can tell it was purchased with a quick-and-dirty turnaround as far as prepping it for VRBO-type stays.The host was responsive; the house was mostly clean; the appliances worked.This gets only four stars primarily because of a lack of light bulbs. Yes, seriously. Instead of light bulbs in the lamps in one of the bedrooms, there were click-on battery lights stuck onto where the light bulbs should go.
