« Great location close to where we were enjoying some outdoor recreation. Place was fine and we did stay on one of the coldest weekends which made for some chilly nights. The house could not get warmer than 52 degrees on both nights with subzero temperatures. One was -22 air temp so we get it. A few better seals around the front door and some better windows would go along way in keeping down the heating costs. »

« Overall, A! Great, accommodating host and wonderful property. We couldn't find the tetris set BUT an amazing game room, big tv, great accommodations, and a great atmosphere made up for it! This family of four will be back. Very close proximity to South Higgins Lake and many trails. Make sure you bring firewood and dryer sheets, if needed! »

No cable and the TV/VCR/DVD only worked sometimes. Ceiling water stains in EVERY room. Torn linens and damaged counters/furniture. Something was melted in the dryer so was concerned to use it. No towels provided. Advertises that sleeps 10 but no (glad we didn't need that many beds). The key does NOT work to the second...
