« We enjoyed ourselves very much.... Spacious and unique. Though, those that can't handle noise may want to stay elsewhere. We did just fine above the Bar & Grill and the main drag with traffic-but it is very popular, and the music goes until 2 pm. We will be staying here again! It is in the middle of so many things to do! »

« Great location,but did not know trains would run during night. Elevated tracks adjacent to vrbo loft. Nicely appointed.I was very pleased about my stay, until I got a text from host telling me key and fob were not in lockbox. I told them I’m positive I put both in lockbox and relocked it. They repeated they were not in lockbox. I was driving back to Denver when I go these messages. »

« The house is just as it is online. Very clean, and in a very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend. Communication with the host is also great, quick to answer, very helpful and understanding. »

« We chose this location to be near family and friends. The apartment was clean and comfortable!The check in and out was very convenient. The location was key for our 2 week stay, walking the many rivers trails, being able to walk for dinnner, coffee and even a baseball game!!I was able to use the rooftop grill and the common room for family visits. Thank you so much to our host, we loved using the space and highky recommend this group!I was able to use the grill »

« Property was cute, clean, had what we needed. Bed was comfy. Couch pull out was not. But that's expected. There was a stage smell, like fish, throughout the place and the air felt stale. Not the best area of town and parking was less than desirable. I was worried my car would get hit and the space assigned was used by someone else. »

« The attention to detail and extra effort put into hospitality in this house was impressive. The jars of hair ties and dental picks were beyond the usual expectation of things provided in a vacation rental. Many things were labeled so it was easy to know which light switches went to which lights. The host Alex reached out to check in on any needs and responded quickly with any questions I had. Something to note: The AC unit is a window unit and it is located in the bedroom. It can be a bit loud....
