« The room in general was good, except for the fact that the light of the street was completely able to come through even with the blackout curtains. The shower was clogged and I also found dry poop smash in the floor really old one. I only stay for five hours pretty much stayed the night and left, but the bed was really comfortable. The water never got warm or hot. It was freezing cold for the two showers that I took. »

« The room was not cleaned very well before we got there there was somebody's fake nails left on the desk and in the drawers. Cable box was unplugged and behind the dresser. The elevator was broken. The ice machine was broken. No vending. Fan in the bathroom was broken. »

In the first room, the bedding had what appeared to be soiled marks, including marks across the top sheet. I was moved to another room, only to find similar marks on the bedding there as well. « Not as clean as it should be for the price. Carpets need to be replaced. Morning staff was friendly and helpful but nights staff not so much. Breakfast was good. »

« Pets allowed in pet free rooms and there was carpet. But the worst thing was fleas. The staff was super friendly but they say people sneak in pets and they have no control over fleas. »
