« This place was perfect for our stay in Wichita! The one and only complaint I have is that it is very close to the interstate and so it is loud all day and night. »

« Restaurants are not very close the only one in walking distance is Sonic. The lady that checked me in over charged me and I didn't know until I checked my checking account because she said she would email me a receipt which she didn't. When I brought up the overcharge to her she proceeded to tell me she wasn't sure but she thinks the hotel charges a hold for a one night stay plus the charge for my stay. This didn't make any sense because the hotel doesn't state that it holds a deposit or takes a...

« What a beautiful hotel! The lobby alone is worth the price. The rooms are not as spectacular as the lobby. But it is a quibble. The neighborhood is lovely, too. »

« The room had bed bugs and there was mold found in the bathroom. All of us had bed big bites. The room was presented clean upon arrival. Pool water heater was broken. Breakfast was very stale and limited. I couldn’t eat anything there. Mirrors, bathtub, and other furniture in poor condition and need updated. Hotel is in a good location. Staff were very kind. »
