« Well, I was glad I didn't go by the reviews I saw before booking a room at InnTown Suite. I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me. »

« Roaches came out of the fridge when I opened it, the entire room smelled of smoke so bad I had to wash my clean clothing the next day, they didn't have my reservation so wrong room, at 2 AM there was a domestic dispute outside my room I was glad I had my gun in case bullets came through my window, and I left the next morning to get a safe room. This is the Quality Inn, which I did not know upon booking. This is where people stay when they step up from being homeless, and the school bus stops...

« I was in town to watch the Olympic Trials and run the Publix Marathon. The hotel was right on the run course for both races. Also, when I arrived Friday evening they did not have my reservation for my stay. The desk clerk was gracious and able to get me a room even though they were booked. »
