A major bonus is that the lot is flat, there are no steep hills to access the water. « The house was perfect. The adults had 3 bedrooms on the main floor with the den and kitchen looking out to the pool. The kids stayed in the lower level with the large bunkbed room and another bedroom and a game room! Plenty of bathrooms! Boat rental for our entire time and able to keep it docked at the house was an added plus! »
