« Close to the action of most things. You can easily walk. It was quiet and very clean. Small but worked perfect for what we needed. »

« I would stay at this condo again if traveling to Lexington. The location was absolutely perfect for walking throughout the city. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Parking instructions made it easy to know where to park a car for the entire stay. I felt safe in the area. A police station is right across the street as well. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water in the shower. Very modern decor. Plenty of pots & pans to cook meals. No dishwasher tablets available, so I had to hand...

« Room had black hair everywhere. It was gross. My husband is bald and I'm blonde so it wasn't ours. The kitchen sink doesn't drain. There was food all over the floor. Nasty. Not clean at all. »

« Room needed to be swept and mopped. There was and trash in the floors. The couch needs a good cleaning, one of the bar stools is broken. We found bottle caps and q-tips left in the room that were used. The couch was very uncomfortable for one of our guests. We did find a roll out cot that was helpful. The elevator was out of service, which wa beyond control. The location was great and the condo was very pretty, there was just some additional cleaning/ maintenance that needed to be done. »
