Right on the lake with a boat dock and two jet ski ports, room to lounge around outside during the day, including a screened upper deck with comfy furnishings for buggy nights. « We booked for 2 adults and 5 children. Only one of our children was short enough to sleep on the couch that was advertised as being the 7th place to sleep. It is not long enough or wide enough to accommodate most full size adults (back cushions are sewn on and can't be removed). The air mattress was missing the pump to inflate it, and only 5 towels were provided. The hosts quickly supplied a new air mattress and additional towels. « For starters the resort is not handicapped friendly. The driveway is sloped, there are many steps to get to the front door. Once you get up there the code easily unlocked the front door. To the right is an attractive kitchen which had plenty utensils, bowls and pots and pans. There wasn’t a dishwasher so everything has to be washed by hand with a sponge and detergent which they supplied. « Very quiet and clean property! The dock was great and the marina being so close with great food is an awesome perk. Also the store and restaurants are only 5 mins down the road. The only thing was the smoke detector going off when we cooked twice since it is close to the stove - but the host took care of it through the alarm company. Just something to be aware of when cooking. Would definitely come back! »
