« The hotel is an older hotel but has had some renovations. The bathroom is very updated and nice. The room was exceptionally clean except for this one very old chair that needs to be thrown OUT!! I enjoyed my stay it was perfect for what we needed and the price was great. I will definitely stay again!! 😃 »

« The owner and his sister are friendly and helpful with anything you might need! The rooms I’ve stayed in are always clean and have a nice microwave and small refrigerator. I like that I can park right outside my door and as a single, older woman I like that there are secure room locks. The TV has plenty of channels and the beds are always comfy. I travel to that area at least once a year and we’ll always stay here!! »

« We booked for 2 adults and 5 children. Only one of our children was short enough to sleep on the couch that was advertised as being the 7th place to sleep. It is not long enough or wide enough to accommodate most full size adults (back cushions are sewn on and can't be removed). The air mattress was missing the pump to inflate it, and only 5 towels were provided. The hosts quickly supplied a new air mattress and additional towels. « I loved everything about this place. It was close to where I needed to be. It had amenities close by (Harrogate and Middlesboro nearby) and it is in a sweet town. It is on a second floor with no elevator but thankfully I only had a backpack and a purse to bring in. I did not use the shower nor washer and dryer.
