« Great location! Well stocked air b&b! Had the cutest little kiddy cutout under the stairs for the kiddos to just chill. Had a great kitchen space and the Netflix was nice to relax at the end of the days and watch a little bit of your favorite show. »

« The thing I always notice first in a rental property is the level of cleanliness, and I was immediately impressed! It is obviously something the owners value, as every area of the property was immaculate. It was also very well-maintained, attractive, and nicely landscaped. The kitchen was well-appointed and well-stocked. Plenty of clean towels and linens for the entire week, and a very efficient washer and dryer for our laundry. We had everything we needed for a great week on the lake!...

« We totally enjoyed our stay at the lakefront property. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. We had seven of us. The dining room table was ample big for meals and several hours of cards. The bedrooms were ample in size with great views of the lake out the windows. The locations served us well to kayak the Soo Locks and walk the narnia trail near cedarville. The suggestion given to eat at cattail cove was a good suggestion. »

« The setting was excellent. Cabin just feet from Lake Huron. It is like a time capsule going into the cabin. I was reminded of going to such cabin in the 1950’s & 60’s. It was rustic, musty but pleasant. »

« This was our second stay at Paradise Cottage (see our review from Oct, 2024). Our interactions with the host and crew were excellent before and during. We'll never stay anywhere else when coming to the area. As before, the place was perfect inside and out. And, as before, the location was perfect for our birding agenda - visiting Whitefish Point (added a nighttime owl banding event this time), Vermillion Point, and Preacher Road, plus added hikes at Clark Lake and McMahon Lake Preserve. »

« We were not made aware of the cameras on the property and the one that overlooks the beach where we were all spending quality time was uncomfortable. Had this been clearly stated in the listing we would have passed on the rental. Also, the owner and his family used part of the property throughout our stay and it didn’t feel like the much needed private getaway we were going for. »
