« I am so glad we chose this place to stay. Not only was it in a beautiful location, a beautiful property, but the hosts were so welcoming and the house was so cozy and clean. My two teens and young son loved it so much they all asked if we could go back and stay longer just cause of how much we all loved the house and property. I absolutely would rent again, no hesitation. Thank you so much for having us!!! »

« We had a wonderful time in this sweet cottage! Gorgeous view of the mountains! Well decorated and massively equipped with many extras…coffee, spices, laundry soap, doggie bags, etc. Beds, pillows and furniture were all very comfortable! Best rocking/swivel chair ever! We had many discussions about whose turn it was next! Our younger boys’ loved the loft and really enjoyed climbing up and down the ladder. Cathedral ceilings make the cottage seem a lot bigger than you would think. We’re a family...

« Every thing was super Clean.. This is a Very Special place. It's secluded but yet 7 minutes from Rutherforton Downtown and 15 minutes from Downtown Forest City with a Spectacular Christmas display ..Very Family oriented. « The place (Boo Boo’s Cabin) was clean, comfortable and cute. However, the two sofas need to be changed. The leather-like couch has pieces sticking up all over. We sat on it with a blanket that was provided. The smaller cloth one was very stained and is in need of new cushions. That is the only reason I gave a four star rating. The owner answered promptly when there was a small problem with the doorknob. It was fixed promptly. We would book it again in the future. »

« We stayed here while attending the Earl Scruggs Music Festival.Everything is of the highest quality. It's very comfortable and sitting on the porch is so relaxing that we chose to miss some of the festival so we could enjoy it. This is not a stand alone cottage. It is the lower level of a larger cottage so you can hear people walking above, but it wasn't a problem. Our dog loved the yard and porch. Great location! We will try to book if we attend the festival again! »
