« Overall stay was ok, but perfectible. When I arrived to the room, the toilet seat was not clean, I cleaned it myself. Outside of this, the room was clean. The overall room equipment is good, but the mechanical ventilation system is very very noisy. And you can't stop it as you can with the air conditioning system. « Everything was very clean. I think maybe the toilet seat could have been paid a little more attention to. The bunk beds are metal and were pretty loud when the kids moved in them. Wooden would have been a better choice. Other than that I think it was a great stay. »

« Homewood Suites Charlotte Ballantyne staff is good, service is good. Rooms are clean. The main drawback I had during my stay was the noise: fridge, fan in the bathroom, air conditioning. Even by shutting down all, there was a vibration noise going through the walls. I have been able to sleep, but that was not a quiet room. »

« It’s now my third time there. Staff as always is friendly and helpful. Rooms and breakfast are perfect. The location is strategic in Charlotte. Great stay. If you are a international traveler beware your Visa might not work for the 25$ security deposit (no idea why but it happen to me every time I stayed there) but don’t worry this won’t stop you to get a great night of sleep! »
