« Communication was excellent. We booked two days before our stay and this host was very accommodating. He was quick to respond and helpful. The home was nicely renovated and clean on the inside. Shrubs and bushes were getting a bit overgrown on the outside. We have a 9lb dog and she was able to get through the fence. No door that opened directly to the yard. Location was close to downtown which was very nice. You had to cross a pretty busy street to get on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No sidewalks in...

« It was perfect just as described. Our fur babies loved being able to go with us. Our host was fabulous and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. She allowed us to check out a little later so our fur babies did not have to sit in a hot car while we were at the Dicey Langston statue dedication in Travelers Rest. We will be returning to the area again late fall this year or early spring of next year and will definitely try to stay at San Soucci. »

« My wife and I were only here for a night but wish we could have stayed longer. The house looks brand new. It's immaculately cleaned and had nice little extras throughout. Furniture was very comfortable and the big TV had an excellent picture. The kitchen appears to have plenty of supplies, though we did not cook. The coffee corner was perfect. « My son stayed here for 3 months during a summer internship. The location was perfect for him at a great price. It was close to his job and convenient to stores, restaurants, and outdoor activities. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues during his stay that were addressed very quickly by the host. I would recommend this property and would use it again in the future if the need arises.
