« The condo was absolutely amazing! It offered breathtaking views and was just minutes away from Lenox Mall and Hal's Steakhouse, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. The only downside was the limited parking space, which made me glad I didn't bring my truck. However, everything else was perfect, and I will definitely be returning! »

« The condo was a good location. However it didn’t have 2 bathrooms. Four bath towels is not enough when it says it sleeps eight. There was not 2 double sofa sleepers it was a couch. Having 1 key for 5 people is ridiculous because to go anywhere you have to have the key to leave any floor. The condo was ok but wasn’t very clean and was smelly like old garbage. The WiFi went out within 24 hours of checking in which I understand that is out of the owners control. »

« Condo was thoughtfully stocked and beautifully decorated. Views through the treetops of the golf course lake. Coffee on the deck in the morning. Had some trouble with door code and wifi, but communication with rental agent was good. Comfortable California King bed. About eight steep steps up to entrance which we seniors and our baggage navigated slowly. Love Big Canoe and all that area has to offer. We would stay here again for another getaway. »

"Un hÎtel qui perd en qualité à tous les niveaux. Blanchisserie, munissez-vous de monnaie car pas de cash à l'accueil et un mode de paiement par application qui n'a pas marché avec notre carte bleue européenne. Salle de sport les tapis de course sont derniers cris mais il faut un abonnement. Le petit déjeuner c'est le strict minimum. Il faut réclamer pour un réapprovisionnement normal des contenus manquants. Le frigo contenant les yaourts était vide aprÚs réclamation l'agent de service en a rajouté 5 alors que nous étions en plein service de petit déjeuner. La chambre ça allait. J'ai dû aller demander à mon arrivée un remplissage du bidon de gel douche car il était vide. "
