« Issues: initial room wasn’t cleaned (given a new room), double charged for room (in addition to security deposit) told it should be taken care of when we checked out. Paper thin walls (noisy neighbors next door and above). “New construction” smell still very strong. Kitchenette not stocked at all - nothing. Microwave popped circuit breaker when used. Pros: bed was nice, a/c worked well. Staff was very nice. Expedia price was great. »

« Took a super long time to check in. No refunds plastered in the wall- should’ve been a warning sign. Against my better judgement I signed the paperwork. Checked into the room and it smelled like a casino ashtray. Bed was 40 year old futon quality. Long floors with stairs that are a long walk away. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. »
