« Everything about this property was great! Easy to get to and nice and quiet. Check in and out was very easy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location to hiking and restaurants and even better for relaxing on the deck and watching the water. Highly recommend!! »

« Pros. Great location on the lake. Lovely garden. Dog could swim all day. Nice and quiet as nearby houses are on upper level. House is basic. No dishwasher or laundry equipment. But we expect that when renting with a dog. Upstairs bedroom was small but clean and great views. But blinds didn't work. So get used to early rising. Nice firepit, and plenty of wood.Cons. For the money charged I would expect the place to be better maintained. Outside chairs were cracked and worn. No working torches...

« The house was the perfect location. We were directly half way between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. We had great views of the lake and were close to tons of great wineries! My toddler had a fun time playing in the large yard and at the lake’s edge. Loved our stay! »

« Perfect location for the wineries that we like to spend time at. This house is one of the best houses that we have stayed at over the many years of coming up to Seneca Lake. The house has everthing you could need and is so clean and comfortable. One of my favorite things is that there are so many great spots to sit outside and relax and see the lake. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. »
