« We loved being right on the river and right in town. The back deck was perfect for watching the tugboats. There were 5 ground hogs and a couple of raccoons that visited every day for treats. The Grand Ole Opry was a great part of our trip and Broadway was just a mile or so away. »

« It was a great place especially for the money. While you could sleep up to four with one bathroom and the size it would be very tight. But for 2 people especially if you’re a couple it’s just right. A quick UBER ride to most locations including the airport.Thank again »

« We had a wonderful time! Our Vrbo was perfect and great walking distance to Broadway. »

« Within walking distance to downtown! Clean and comfortable for two couples! It was fun watching the boats in the river. We enjoyed our stay! »

« Photos of this condo are accurate - the unit is very nicely furnished, clean, quiet, and has secure/garage parking. I stayed here with my husband and sister. We're in our mid to late 60's from MN and SD and have never been to Nashville. After searching many properties close to Nashville's Broadway area I settled on this one - glad I did. After parking our vehicle in the secure garage, the 3 of us each day of our stay walked to Broadway, Johnny Cash Museum, County Music Hall of Fame, even...

« This condo was a great location to be just enough off broadway. Although we could've walked, we ubered just because it was more comfortable in our non-walking cute boots. We walked to the coffee shop every morning Land Of A Thousand Hills which was amazing. We scootered to calle taco for some delicious tex mex. We were here during CMA fest, so the cost of ubers was a little inflated, but still an easy access place. The communication with the host was super easy and helpful. »

« Great rental with amazing views. Very well stocked and could even play cornhole on the balcony. Yes the balcony is that big! The building has some good amenities including workout room, grill, ping pong and pool. Jack whites record store is right next door and a brewery is about 100 yards away »
