Very clean and nice unit. Close to downtown. Close to freeway and there is a lot of road noise from it. Recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light to moderate sleeper. It does not detract from what is a great unit, but just be prepared. Highly recommend.

Basketball respite

We had a great stay. The owners were extremely helpful and communicative. Answered all questions in a very timely manner. The place was super clean and comfortable. The road noise was a bit loud at night, but they had noise machines in each room so it wasn’t a problem at all. We would definitely stay there again!

Fun get away with friends!

We had an awesome time in Nashville and Jerrod’s place worked out great for our group! Could walk to Broadway and an Uber back after long day/night was fairly inexpensive. Also could access other areas by Uber…Gulch, Music Row for a very low cost. Place is as advertised. Most impressive was how responsive to questions the host is!

This property was as described. 3 nice bedrooms and two big bathrooms. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Broadway. We walked a few times and also Ubered. Both easy. We only walked during the day time never late at night but never felt unsafe. The building is secure need code to get in. As the other reviews indicate you can hear the highway at night but I always used the sound machine provided by owners.

Great place and communication

Host was super responsive and reached out a few times during our 2 night stay to be sure all was well. Check in was a breeze and we had no problems getting in. The place was well taken care of and clean, with plenty of space for our group of 6. The beds were comfortable and there were ample fans, extra pillows and blankets available to use. We enjoyed relaxing on the roof top and enjoyed that added amenity. The walk downtown was about 20 minutes and not bad at all. Our group enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great Experience

Condo was great! Walkable to Broadway and other hot spots. Only issue was I thought the balacony advertised was apart of the condo, but its a public space. That’s a minor issue and I would book this condo again knowing that. Owners were very nice and good at communicating.

Great stay in Nashville for Pearl Jam at Bridgestone

This place is great! We walked all over downtown during our 4 night stay. Host is friendly and a great communicator. The unit is on the 4th floor of a 5 floor building that is all short term rental units. We would 100 percent book again for our next Nashville adventure!

Great weekend stay with a few friends from around the country. Listing was accurate and the location was convenient. Not many things right outside of the condo, but all a short walk or ride away. Road noise was noticeable at night, but rooms had white noise makers to help.

Not within walking distance of anything but other than that it was a very stay. We werent looking to be in the action but if you are then its not the right location. Good location, if like us, you are there to work. Next to the highway so not great for light sleepers.

Weekend away

We went for to Nashville for a hockey game. This location was great. It was walking distance to the arena and Broadway. The apartment was wonderful. It was very comfortable and clean. Jarrod was quick to respond when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay and good location

Our group of ladies had a great stay. We took advantage of the IV drip bar next door and the little convenient/liquor store a few blocks up. Walking distance to downtown or a $5 Uber ride. The beds are harder than I prefer (but everything has a preference right and I like SOFT beds) overall a nice place!
