« The house is very old and the floors are uneven and dangerous if any balance ir mobility issue. The front walk was broken and umeven. No handrailson steps. Train is edge of yard and comes through all hours of the night. There was food in back of trashcan and trash init. The corners of the rooms n qoodwork were filthy.
