« Great for a winter getaway, close to ample trails in Pillsbury state forest. The cabin is cozy and has everything you need and then some. There were kitchen things we brought but did not need because it was well appointed. More than ample space for two and a Lovely gift from host. The place is very clean. « Everything was decently nice. The rooms were clean and had lots of space for our family to relax and play cards/games. We did have some slight issues with one room being very, very cold in comparison to the rest of the house (we went in the winter). We also struggled with the stove heat. Things either did not heat or were burning hot (Not really an inbetween setting). Lastly we could not find a dustpan to sweep/clean up any messes before we left. »

« Had an amazing stay! Location and property worked well for our exended family of 10. Had something for everyone and we really enjoyed the outdoor patios. Caution for seniors: Steps to lake are VERY steep - we drove the seniors to a very close public boat launch and entered the boat that way which worked perfectly. Did have some hot water heater issues which were fixed. Would definately recommend and would stay here again. »
