« Mrs Dawn was amazing. There was a bad storm that came through the day before checkin knocking out the power. She kept us informed every step of the way and that power came back on 30 minutes or so before we arrived. She was there finalizing cleaning and cooling it down. The care and attention she gives is crazy.
