« The room was just ok with older furnishings and bedding. Hair in tub/sink and crumbs, food in areas of floor just made it feel like an economy hotel amid luxury prices. Proximity to everything is what keep it in business, I’m sure. »

« We were advised that our room was ready for early check in. We arrived at our room and had to wait while the individual cleaning was done. Room smelled like urine. Most likely dog urine. Vents were dirty, walls were dirty. Table was sticky. Like it’s never been cleaned. One elevator would not open on fourth floor and that’s where our room was. We had to wait for other elevator every time. We had luggage and a wagon so we couldn’t take the stairs. Bugs in the room. Just cleanliness was the worst. »

The host was amazing at communicating with us. We especially appreciated there being a high-chair & pack-n-play. We would recommend this place to friends & family. »
